Here is a historic property on the former military base of Fort Benjamin Harrison that closed down in the mid 1990s and became privatized.  These photos are a few years old, I'll post updated photos so you can see what has changed.

New Logo

Introducing my new real estate logo for Florindy Real Estate (I love the way it rolls off the tongue).  It was designed by Amy McAdams.  Thank you Amy!  It is perfect.  The orange color represents Florida and the circle is symbolic for the circle city of Indianapolis.  It has a bit of a retro vibe. The reason why I chose these two states is because I have a home in each and soon will be licensed in Florida.  Indiana and Florida have a mutual recognition agreement for licensed real estate professionals.  For Florida, all I have to do is be fingerprinted (done) and take the law portion of their state test.  Hopefully that will happen by the end of this year. Throw in some misc. paperwork on top of that and voila!
